Terms of service
Effective date: 28 September 2026
Get Tajdeed is provided by OpsBreak Technologies FZ-LLC, a company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). These terms explain how you may use the service, what you pay and who is responsible for what.
1. Using Get Tajdeed
By creating an account or using Get Tajdeed, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. You must be at least 18 to hold an account. If you use Get Tajdeed for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.
What Get Tajdeed does
Get Tajdeed is a compliance deadline calendar for UAE companies. From the details you enter, it works out your company's dates for the trade licence, corporate tax, VAT, e-invoicing, audited accounts, the bank's licence update, the establishment card and visas. For each date it shows the official penalty with its source, sends email reminders before the date, and lets you record a filing as done so the next period is set.
What Get Tajdeed does not do
- We do not file returns, renew licences, apply for visas or submit anything to an authority, bank or free zone on your behalf. You or your advisers do that.
- We are not a tax agent, auditor, accountant, legal adviser or government authority, and nothing in Get Tajdeed is tax, legal or accounting advice.
- AI features only read documents and notices you choose to scan, and draft or explain text for you to check. They never file, pay or send anything on your behalf.
2. Your account and records
- Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and the accounts of members you invite, such as your accountant or PRO.
- Confirm your email address to receive email reminders, and check your reminder settings.
- Enter and upload only information you are entitled to use, including the details of shareholders, managers and employees. Tell them how their information is used, as described in the Privacy policy.
- Check company details, reference numbers and dates against the original licence, certificate or notice before saving. Review details submitted by other people before accepting them.
- Do not use forged documents, use the service unlawfully, access another account without permission, reverse-engineer the service or overload it through scraping or other automated requests.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, with notice where reasonable.
3. Dates, reminders and your responsibility
Deadlines in Get Tajdeed are worked out from published rules and the facts you enter, such as your licence expiry date and financial year end. If those facts are incomplete or wrong, the dates will be too. Authorities, free zones and banks set their own requirements, fees, grace periods and penalties, and these may change. Penalties are shown with the official source and the date we checked it; they are general information, not a statement of what you will be charged.
You remain responsible for your company's filings, payments and renewals. Confirm your dates and obligations with your accountant, a registered tax agent, your auditor or the relevant authority before relying on them.
When you record a filing as done, Get Tajdeed stores what you enter, such as the FTA reference. We do not check filings with the FTA or any other authority.
AI features, such as reading a licence or notice and drafting a message, can make mistakes. Check the dates, amounts and wording they produce against the original before you rely on them or send anything.
We make reasonable efforts to send reminders on their scheduled dates and retry failed messages. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed: an email may be filtered or returned, a reminder may be paused or turned off, or a service interruption may delay it.
Limits of our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for tax penalties, administrative fines, late fees, licence suspension or non-renewal, visa or establishment card fines, bank account restrictions or freezes, lost business or other direct or indirect loss arising from a missed, late, incorrect or undelivered reminder, a date that is wrong or missing, or reliance on information in Get Tajdeed.
If we are found liable in connection with Get Tajdeed, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us during that period, or AED 100 for the Free plan. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including fraud or gross negligence.
4. Plans and prices
Prices are in AED. OpsBreak Technologies is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added: the price shown is what you pay. If we register for VAT in future, we will tell you at least 30 days before VAT is added.
| Plan | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Free | AED 0 | Every deadline for 1 company, email reminders, 1 login, 15 active records, 5 licence scans to start and then 1 a month |
| Owner | AED 299 a year, billed yearly only | Up to 3 companies, 3 logins including yours, 100 active records, 30 licence and notice scans a month |
Every plan includes the deadline calendar with official penalties and sources, email reminders, adding dates to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar, recording filings and rolling to the next period, the guides and account data export.
Owner adds more companies; members such as your accountant or PRO, who log in with their own account and get a copy of your reminders; filing proof (a tax return is marked done only with its FTA reference, your reminder flags it if none is recorded 7 days before the deadline, and you are emailed when someone else records a filing); the company file, which checks shareholder and manager documents and the office lease against your licence renewal and tracks deadlines after a shareholder change or when a company stops trading; a count of your own days outside the UAE against the 180-day residence rule; and spreadsheet import and export. The pricing page sets out what each plan includes and its limits.
We may also provide other plans or services agreed with you in writing. Their price, scope, billing period and refund terms are those stated in the written offer or invoice; these terms apply to everything else.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change applies from your next renewal after that notice period.
5. Payment, renewal and cancellation
The price, payment method and billing period are shown at checkout, or in your offer or invoice, before you confirm. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Owner is billed once a year. You authorise the plan fee at the start of each yearly period until you cancel. Plans paid by invoice start when payment settles.
- Cancellation: cancel through Settings → Plan → Manage billing or email support@gettajdeed.com. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. There is no cancellation fee. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription, so cancel billing first.
- Failed payments: we retry a failed renewal payment and notify you by email. After 14 days without payment, Free-plan limits apply. Your data is retained as described in the Privacy policy.
- Downgrades: the new plan's features apply when the change takes effect, and its limits apply to further additions. Existing records and history are retained, and account data export and deletion remain available. If your usage exceeds the new limits, remove companies, records or members, or upgrade, before adding more.
6. Refunds
- Owner and other yearly plans: request a full refund within 30 days of your first yearly payment, for any reason. After 30 days, yearly fees are non-refundable; cancelling stops the next renewal.
- Monthly billing, where agreed in writing: fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another charge.
- Our error: if we charged you incorrectly or the service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, contact us for a refund or credit for the affected period.
We start approved refunds within 10 business days, to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for invoiced plans; your bank may take longer to show them.
These refund terms do not limit any right or remedy you have under UAE consumer protection law, including where a service is defective, not as described or not provided.
7. Your content
You own the information you enter and the documents you scan. You allow us to store, process and display it solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy. Original scans are read and then discarded; only the details you review and save are kept.
We own the Get Tajdeed software, brand, deadline rules, guides and reminder logic. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service while it remains in good standing.
You can export your records through Settings. Account closure and deletion follow the Privacy policy and the account deletion page.
8. Service availability
We may update, add or remove features. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security or legal requirements may require a suspension, with notice where practical. We are not responsible for service providers' outages or changes, but work to restore service when they affect Get Tajdeed.
If we discontinue Get Tajdeed, we will give at least 60 days' notice, a way to export your data, and a pro-rata refund of any fees you prepaid for the period after the service ends. If we remove a paid feature you relied on during a prepaid period, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the rest of that period.
9. Resolving disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) as applicable to free-zone companies.
Contact support@gettajdeed.com to raise a concern. A dispute that cannot be settled amicably within 30 days of written notice is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This does not remove any complaint or dispute route, or any right, that UAE consumer protection law gives you.
10. Changes to these terms
For material changes, we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
