Corporate tax return: overdue unless already filed

    was due 24 days ago

Confirm it was filed. The return for the tax period ending 31 December 2025 was due 30 September 2026. If it was not filed, the late filing penalty is already AED 500 and grows each month (AED 500 a month in the first year, then AED 1,000). If the company was formed after 31 December 2025, this return does not apply; add the formation date.

If missed: AED 500 for each month or part of a month late during the first 12 months, then AED 1,000 a month. Late payment of tax is penalised separately. Source: Corporate tax return: overdue unless already filed (opens in a new tab)

If missed: Your free zone sets any late fee; we do not list one. Qualifying Free Zone Persons, and companies with revenue over AED 50 million in the tax period, must prepare and keep audited financial statements for corporate tax (Ministerial Decision 84 of 2025). How it works

Set it up once. It keeps up every year.

  1. Answer a few questions

Licence expiry, financial year end, tax and VAT status. Signed in, you can scan the trade licence instead of typing.

  2. Get reminded before each date

Email reminders start up to 90 days ahead. Every date can also go into Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.

  3. Mark it done

Save the filing reference. The next period and its reminders are set for you.

Recorded in the product, under a minute

Built for owners who have better things to remember

The calendar, the reminders and an assistant for the paperwork around them. You stay in control: nothing is filed or sent without you.

Scan the licence, skip the typing

When you set up your company, upload a photo or PDF of the trade licence. AI reads the company name, dates and licensing authority and fills in the form for you to check. The file is then discarded.

Reminders that find you

Emails start up to 90 days before each date and reach you wherever you are.

Understand official notices

Paste an FTA email or photograph a letter. AI explains what it means, what to do and the deadline. Check it against the original, then add it to your calendar.

Draft the follow-up

One click writes the WhatsApp or email to your accountant or PRO, in either language. Edit it and send it yourself.

Catch problems before the renewal

On the Owner plan, shareholder and manager passports, Emirates IDs and the office lease are checked against your licence renewal date, so you see what ends first.

Your accountant, same calendar

On the Owner plan, invite your accountant or PRO. They see the same dates, get a copy of your reminders, and record each tax return with its FTA reference.

In the calendar you already use

Google, Apple or Outlook, with alarms 14 and 3 days before.

Arabic and English

Every screen, fine explanation and reminder email, in the language you choose.

Rules and fines link to official sources

Federal Tax Authority decisions, Cabinet decisions, free zone and bank pages, with the date we last checked them. Where no official figure exists, we say so.

See yours

Reading a licence, notice or document uses an AI credit from your plan; drafts and check-ups are included. Files are sent to Google Gemini to be read and are not kept by Get Tajdeed. The check-up uses fixed rules, not AI.

For owners abroad

Running it from abroad

Reminders reach your inbox wherever you are, and every date follows the UAE calendar rather than your time zone.

On the Owner plan your accountant or PRO logs in to the same calendar, so nobody works from an old spreadsheet.

You know a return was filed because it is marked done only with its FTA reference, and you get an email when your accountant records it. If none is recorded 7 days before the deadline, your reminder says so.

Frequently asked questions

How dates are worked out, who files, and what we store.

What does Get Tajdeed track?

Your company’s trade licence, establishment card, corporate tax registration and returns, VAT returns, audited accounts and the licence update your bank needs, plus your own visa. You can add any other document with a date too, like staff visas, Emirates IDs or a lease.

How are the dates worked out?

From published rules. Corporate tax returns are due nine months after your tax period ends. VAT returns are due on the 28th day after each period, moved to the next working day if that is a weekend. Registration deadlines follow FTA Decision No. 3 of 2024. Suggested dates, like the bank update, are clearly labelled. Check your dates with a registered tax agent; you can edit any date.

I live outside the UAE. Does it work for me?

Yes. Reminders reach your email wherever you are, dates follow the UAE calendar, and on the Owner plan you can invite your accountant or PRO so everyone sees the same dates.

Does Get Tajdeed file or renew for me?

No. You, your accountant or your PRO file with the authority. Get Tajdeed keeps the dates, the reminders and a record of what was done. We are independent of government authorities and do not give tax advice.

What do I do after filing?

Open the item and mark it done. Recurring filings roll forward to the next period and your reminders are rescheduled. Keep the FTA reference in the note.

Where do you use AI?

In three places only, all through Google Gemini: reading a photo of your licence or a document to fill in the form, explaining a notice you paste or photograph, and drafting a message to your accountant or PRO. Get Tajdeed does not keep the files, and nothing is filed or sent without you. The deadline calendar, penalty figures and document check-up use fixed rules. When the assistant reads a notice, the date and amount it finds come from AI, so check them against the original.

What do you store?

The company, document, date and note details you save, plus your account, team members, reminder history and billing records. Photos and files you scan are not kept after they are read. The privacy policy has the full list, and you can export or delete your data at any time.

How do I choose a plan?

Free covers one company and all its deadlines. Owner (AED 299 a year) adds up to 3 companies, a login for your accountant or PRO with a copy of your reminders, filing proof for each tax return, and a check of shareholder and manager documents and the office lease against the licence renewal. Change or cancel from your account settings.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Owner is billed once a year, and you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first yearly payment. Email us from the address on your account.

When does a downgrade or cancellation take effect?

Paid upgrades and downgrades apply after confirmation, with any prorated charge or credit shown before you agree. Switching to Free takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Existing records are kept, and the new plan limits apply to new usage.
