Privacy policy

Get Tajdeed is a deadline calendar for UAE companies. This policy explains how OpsBreak Technologies FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE ("we", "us"), handles personal information across the Get Tajdeed website and apps.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your records for advertising or to train our own AI models. You can manage, export and request deletion of your information.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, optional phone number, language, company name, invitations and access permissions. If you sign in with a connected service such as Google, we receive your account identifier, email and basic profile details, not your password for that service.
• Company records: the details you review and save to work out your deadlines, such as trade licence number and expiry, free zone or authority, financial year, corporate tax and VAT registration details, filing references, bank and establishment card dates, and visa, passport and Emirates ID dates for shareholders, managers and employees. Also your reminder settings, filings recorded as done, renewal history and notes.
• Service and support records: reminder delivery status, account activity, usage information, IP address, browser or device information, error records and correspondence with us.
• How you found us: the campaign tags described in section 7, including the Google ad click ID and search keyword tag when you arrived from a Google ad.
• Billing information: subscription and transaction records when you use a paid plan. Get Tajdeed does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Information comes from you, from members you invite (such as your accountant or PRO), from connected services you choose, and from your use of Get Tajdeed. Enter only information you are authorised to share.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate your account, work out your company's deadlines, send reminders and account messages, manage subscriptions, provide support and protect the service against misuse.

Licence and notice scans. When you choose to scan a trade licence, certificate or notice, the photo or PDF is processed in request memory and sent to Google, through the Gemini API, to read details such as the company name, licence number and dates. Get Tajdeed does not keep the original file or the raw AI response. You review and correct the suggested details before saving them, and you can always enter details by hand.

Notice reader. When you use Read a notice, the text you paste and any photo or PDF you attach are processed in request memory and sent to the same AI provider. It returns a summary, suggested next steps and any date, amount, reference and name it finds. Nothing is saved unless you choose to add or update a date; then the date, a short summary and the reference are saved with that record. AI results can be wrong, so check them against the original notice.

Drafted messages. When you ask for a drafted message, we send the AI provider the record's type and title, the person's name, the company name, your name, the record's date, its standard steps and any note you add. The draft is shown only to you; we do not store it or send it for you.

Deadline calculations and document check-ups use fixed rules inside Get Tajdeed. They do not use AI and do not send your records to a provider.

Account emails and product tips. After signup we send a welcome email and, if you have not set up a company after two days, one reminder to finish setup. Product tips and offers are sent only if you tick the box at signup or turn them on in Settings. Every such email has an unsubscribe link. Deadline reminders and account emails do not depend on this choice.

Measuring our advertising. We use the campaign tags in section 7 to see which campaigns bring sign-ups and paying customers. If you arrived from a Google ad, we may upload to Google Ads the click ID stored with your account, the kind of conversion (sign-up or payment), its time and, for a payment, its amount and currency. This lets Google Ads report which ads led to results (offline conversion import). We do not send your name, email address or company records in these uploads.

Partner links. If you sign up through the link of an accountant, PRO or setup firm taking part in our partner programme, we record that partner's code with your account so we can pay them their share. The partner does not see your records unless you invite them. If a firm applies to become a partner, we use the firm and contact details it gives us to assess the application and reply.

Depending on the purpose, processing is necessary to provide the service you request, meet a legal obligation or act on your consent where required. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing by contacting us.

Get Tajdeed does not make government, employment or eligibility decisions about you.

3. Who can receive information

• Members of your account: people you invite, such as your accountant or PRO, can see your company records according to their permissions, and may receive copies of reminders.
• People you send an update link to: a link shows who asked and what is needed, and lets the recipient submit a new date or details for you to review, without access to your other records.
• Service providers: providers that host the service, read scans and run the AI features (Google, through the Gemini API), send email (Resend), handle card payments (Stripe), provide connected sign-in and support receive the information needed for their role. We use contractual protections for providers processing information on our behalf. Payment, sign-in and email providers may also handle information under their own privacy policies.
• Google Ads: the advertising measurement data described in section 2, for accounts that arrived from a Google ad.
• Professional advisers and authorities: relevant information may be disclosed for accounting, legal obligations, lawful requests or the protection of legal rights.

Email reminders can include the company name, the deadline, its date and the record title. Consider what you put in titles and who receives the reminders.

We do not send reminders by WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

4. Where information is processed

Get Tajdeed's saved records are hosted with Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany. Scans are processed in memory and are not stored with your account. Scans and AI features are processed by Google through the Gemini API, which may take place outside the UAE and Germany.

We use Resend for account and reminder emails. Emails are sent from Ireland. Resend stores message content, recipient addresses, delivery logs and account records in the United States, with a standard 30-day retention period for email and log data on our plan.

Card payments are processed by Stripe, and Google Ads measurement data is processed by Google, in countries they choose under their own terms. Connected sign-in and support may also involve processing in other countries.

We use contractual safeguards with providers for international processing. You can request details of providers, destinations and safeguards.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account and company information while your account is open. You can delete individual records in the app, and you can delete your account in Settings or by contacting us, as described on the account deletion page.

Deleting a record removes it from your account. Get Tajdeed does not keep the photos or PDFs you scan, or the raw AI responses; only the details you review and choose to save are kept. Google processes scan and AI inputs under the terms and retention settings that apply to the Gemini API service we use, so our no-original-storage policy covers Get Tajdeed's own systems and does not promise immediate deletion from Google's systems.

Ad click IDs saved with your account are cleared 90 days after the click, after which Google Ads no longer accepts them. The other campaign tags, including the keyword tag, are deleted with your account. Data already uploaded to Google Ads is kept by Google under its own retention rules.

Some billing, support and security records may be retained separately. Retention depends on their purpose, applicable legal requirements, unresolved disputes and the need to investigate incidents.

6. Your choices and rights

You can edit your records, manage reminder settings and export your data in the app. Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent, and you may object to or ask us to stop processing, including the analytics and advertising measurement described in sections 2 and 7, subject to the relevant conditions and exceptions. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office or the competent data-protection authority.

Email support@gettajdeed.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity or authority to act. We will explain the outcome and any applicable limitation or retention requirement.

7. Cookies, analytics and campaign tags

We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in, protect account actions and remember your language. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies, and no Google advertising or analytics script runs on the Get Tajdeed website. Connected sign-in services may use their own cookies on their pages.

To understand how the website is used, we count page visits and a few steps, such as using the deadline checker, signing up, setting up a company and using the assistant. This measurement is our own and uses no cookies. A visitor is counted with a pseudonymous code made from a keyed hash of the IP address and browser details that changes every day; the IP address itself, your name and your account details are not stored with these records. Page addresses are stored without query text, and codes from private links are removed. If you arrive from a tagged link, we also store its campaign source, medium, name and keyword tag. Records older than 13 months are deleted automatically.

Your browser also keeps the tags of the first tagged or partner link you used, and the landing page, in local storage (not a cookie) for up to 30 days. When you arrive from a Google ad, these include the click ID Google adds to the link (gclid, or gbraid or wbraid on some Apple devices) and the search keyword tag (utm_term). If you create an account in that time, they are sent once and saved with your account so we can see which campaigns and partners bring customers, and then removed from the browser.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record your page visits or these steps, and your browser does not keep campaign tags or the click ID.

An unsaved draft may remain in your browser until you save or discard it. In the mobile app, camera and photo access are used only when you choose to scan a document. You control permissions and device notifications in your device settings.

8. Protecting information

We use encryption, access controls and security monitoring to protect information. Access is limited to authorised users and people who need it to operate or support the service. No service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and private links.

If a personal-data breach requires notification, we will notify affected people and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

9. Information about other people

If you enter details of shareholders, managers, employees or other people connected with your company, you are responsible for explaining that use and having authority to share their information. For those records, your company generally decides why the information is processed, and we process it to provide the service on its instructions. We remain responsible for our own account, billing and service administration.

Get Tajdeed accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or over.

10. Updates and contact

We will publish updates here with a revised date. For material changes to how we handle personal information, we will provide an appropriate notice and seek consent where required.
