Talk to usWhich documents can I track?
Emirates ID, residence visas, passports, driving licences, vehicle registration, insurance, tenancy contracts, trade licences and more. Add a custom document type when needed. Link documents to people or vehicles; Family, Business and PRO also include company or property records.
How do I get started?
Create a free account, then add your first document and its expiry date. Link it to a person or vehicle and keep the original yourself. Only the details are saved. Free includes 10 documents, expiry reminders, renewal updates and account data export, with no credit card.
How do I plan renewals that depend on each other?
On Business and PRO, link the documents that need to be ready first and choose how long they should stay valid for your plan. The planner shows which records need attention first. These are your planning rules; check the issuing authority’s requirements before you apply.
What happens when someone submits renewal details?
Business and PRO include private document requests. The recipient uses the request link you share to submit an expiry date. Original files are not collected. You review the submission and accept or reject it. The document record changes only after acceptance.
Does Tajdeed renew documents for me?
Tajdeed organises the dates, steps and responsibilities. You or your PRO submit the renewal to the relevant authority. Business and PRO include guides and official source links to help you check the requirements. Tajdeed is independent of government authorities.
How do I choose a paid plan?
Family is for shared household documents, members and assets, with spreadsheet import and export and a calendar subscription. Business and PRO add the renewal planner, board, checklists, document requests, authority guides and reports. Compare the features and allowances on the pricing page. Choose a monthly or annual plan, then sign in to review the price and confirm your subscription. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel directly from your account settings.
When does a downgrade or cancellation take effect?
Paid upgrades and downgrades apply after confirmation, with any prorated charge or credit shown before you agree. Switching to Free takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Existing records are kept, and the new plan limits apply to new usage.
